Shipping and Delivery
Poochie Pants will be delivered via USPS. Shipping costs are a flat fee, based on your purchase total at check out. Some exclusions apply.

Return Policy
Within 10 days after receiving the product. Items returned after this period will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned Poochie Pants. If an exchange is being requested due to size or fabric, the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%. All applicable shipping charges will still apply.
Rhinestone Collars will incur a 20% restocking fee on collars returned for size errors.
Custom engraved items such as the Pet Blessings, ID Tags, and pendants are non returnable due to customization. If your product is defective please send us an email so that we may replace the item.
Customers returning products for refunds will not be reimbursed for their shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Any credit card cancellations will be charged a flat fee of $5.00 regardless.
